Red Encabo

What a month! No joke about it.

July was a month of "go here, go there, go, go everywhere!" If I can predict it we went to Illinois in the beginning of July. And then we had all kinds of plannings for Florida. During that we had a piano competition and violin competition as well. I lost, but my bro won. Like he is good at anything anyways. A day after evaluation we received our awards (I got none, 'cause I lost, remember?), and then the next day after that it was Florida we went.

Everyone had a great time and best of all going to the places you do want to go aren't as far as you hated it to be! Disney World was much like 20 minutes, but going to Universal Studios Hollywood from Las Vegas to California was practically 6-9 hours long. The only problem was the heat, but let's look at it this way.

• At Florida, the temperature (maximum) is 97 F, but the temperature at the west is somewhat always between 102-108 F. Probably because it's a desert, whoopie doo.
• Going to Universal Studios and Disney World or something from the hotel at Orlando took 13-20 minutes, but SeaWorld in California was far, and it took pretty long with an estimate 7 hours.
• The airport wasn't as big as f*ck at Florida. That's good. But the Las Vegas Airport in my opinion was nicer.
• Florida was cheaper. The plane tickets and the price for the parks.

To shorten it, in a nutshell Florida was like last year, just better.

Now these trips to here and there can also explain the following:

• Why I haven't been reviewing the sites that I promised to review for a while.
• Why I wasn't online at all. Well sometimes due to Wi-Fi Access.
• Why I haven't been updating my site.

The very last thing though is the RX Network. I released logos (concept so far, might be official) of it. Seemed people like the FONT. By the way it's Arvo but please don't rip me off. I did change my profile picture and I will post more about the RX Network. More news about it next entry. You'll see.

I have done many things in Webs now. And the first thing I'm going to create this year is the all-new and upcoming Red Encabo Chatroom. It's going to be, yes, a Xat. However, this is because, one: I am a member of Xat. And two: there are really nice chatrooms as well, but I was hoping to find a dark chatroom with my own tastes. Couldn't find one unfortunately, so, yeah.

The Red Encabo Chatroom was supposed to be a seperate site. Unfortunately, that won't happen. Webs does not have and longer has HTML. So now what am I going to do about it? On the other hand, I'm building RX Network under x10 Hosting, which I have no clue what to do, so I might need to be educated.

The purpose of the chatroom is to talk to me and your friends. Anyone with a Xat account can join. In the meanwhile, I am hoping to bring in a custom chatroom where anyone can just immediately type in a nickname and join. But that is not the case.

Since this is going to require a lot of work, and since my dad limited PC access, I have no time to really bring in a really cool chatroom but at the moment I am trying.

I will give you more news about the upcoming chatroom. At the moment, please wait, because I really don't got the time to do all this, especially with my promising RX Network on the line.

I remodeled Shadow Infinite's design and a tad of content today because a couple of weeks ago it looked like a disaster... really. Creepster's Lair had the same issue, which is why if you see the site it's not compete yet... with some width and height limits and design issues. Well, Shadow Infinite is opened once again for the third time this year.

New Shadow Infinite content is coming your way because I have found a way to sneak in more than 10 pages! And that is good! We have six members and those six are:

• Aceofshadows (Administrator)
• Red Encabo (Me, Designer/Administrator)
• Hay N' Oats (Rico, Moderator)
• Creepster (Moderator)
• Zick (New Member)

Webs Site Builder 3 has already released its conversion app and if you ever want to migrate, then fine.

Since I'm talking about this, question is: am I going to upgrade/migrate to Site Builder 3. The answer is no, and here is why:

First of all, I have declared to no longer use Webs anymore (but I will use Webs for my official website, which of course, is this site). Aceofshadows and I have planned in finding a site hoster where we can do whatever we want. That includes unlimited pages, no stupid advertisements, no limits, and best of all, free.

In case you haven't noticed I am planning to make a new social fun site. It is a social network, BUT it will include a chat, online games, profiles, videos, and much of that. The big thing is that I WILL NOT RIP ANY SITE OFF. I am planning to make the upcoming site an original site, so I'm going to do mostly everything on my own. I will have people test the beta version this summer in July or August (June, this month, is possible.)

I have been making names for the upcoming network. But after everything, the name of the social fun site will be called RedRX, and for a few reasons. First of all, my name is Red and who is building the site? Me! Second, RX is part of my username, RenegadeRX11.

I was going to use Webs, but I already know how limiting Webs is now. So according to many recommendations I will be building the site from scratch. Link is coming soon.

This is considered to be a short blog post so yeah, nothing special except about yesterday. 

I am super bored so far to this day and I wanted to help others do things.

Well, the last couple of weeks Rico, you know he's my brother and all that, changed his user name to "I eat hay and oats. Vegetarian." I though it was funny, and he said, "It's what I do." This "inspiration" got me to make a new site: it's called Hay N' Oats.

Again I used SB3 (Site Builder 3 in case you haven't noticed) to build the site, and so far I'm near to complete with the home page. When Rico found out about the site (well I told him to check it out), he was happy, nor was he mad.

"Doesn't it look great?" I asked him.

"Yeah, so," Rico answered. "It's not that great. Plus what did I tell you about--"

"Okay, okay, okay!!!" I yelled.

"You got the point," Rico said. "Only when I tell you to work on the site that you are going to build the site."

Yeah, speaking of that, only 1% says he's going to do it.

Okay, yes, infinity, or infinite, goes forever, but when I mean infinity (or infinite, again) doesn't go forever, we're talking about Shadow Infinite.

Ace and I aren't working on Shadow Infinite because first of all Aceofshadows (or Shadowv1337 now) is not happy with the ten pages limit for Free Webs Users, so generally he's rage quitting right now, and second, because it's May (and June is coming up), it's my turn to settle down, relax, and do some socializing with the Webs Community. I am busy tweeting and short-blogging at Buddy Web.

Shadow Infinite, well, we're uncertain whether Shadow Infinite will end or not. This is Shadow Infinite's end of the line, mainly because it will no longer be worked on.

if, however, we decide to continue on working on this halted project (which has a minor chance of happening), well then, first things first:

Definitely design changes, but we will not use the Webs Site Builder 3. This time I would actually use photoshop and following some tutorials to make a professional template... but will it happen? And this time I'm going to make it myself and not re-customize already-made templates (like from WebCloud, who, I think, moved their server, if you knew a long time ago).

Upgrade to Premium--the internet is supposed to be free, not to pay. Unfortunately some people (excluding, or not including, Webs, especially with their upgrades and deals for them) decided that we have to pay to get the maximum features, such as Artix Entertainment (not being mean, and I did play Adventure Quest and AQ Worlds before, but I didn't get much opportunities especially with premium and luxury items). However, if Aceofshadows wants to get the hell out of this mess, well, then, we need to upgrade. Enhanced is the way to go--though Pro is better, but too much is not good.

We will also include new random content, weekly updating, and finally, number of pages. Well, if we get premium, and get many members and visitors, luckily we will offer more content, maybe 20-30 pages, and more. But one major issue is weekly updating. This is a big factor because the lack of updating (especially not updating 2 times a day) leads to the decrease of traffic and so forth. Creepster's Lair got their first update since February 2012, and that is not good (but at least they made an Ultimate Retards Guide page during April.)

Shadow Infinite's concept logo is kind of, already being created. But is it going to be used? It's one thing you should find out later in the summer (maybe June, July, August, you may never know...)

Life for the first six months of 2012 is almost over, and I feel much better about this because, now, summer is coming our way, no practicing or any of that boring "have-to-wake-up-early" crap and etcetera. Now that the end for all work and no play is near, let me remind you what I am going to do during the summer and what is going to happen in the aftermath:

Shadow Infinite Coming Back? Or Not?
This isn't much of a deal because no one is working on it anyways, but Shadow Infinite will not be deleted or removed from Webs.com. However, there will be no more support from us and any member deciding to join after May 4, 2012 will have their membership declined. Yeah, so Shadow Infinite is a dead site, but it is accessible. Shadow Infinite (by May 5, 2012) became of the Vintage Sites collection, a collection of sites (with the help of myself, that is) that are two years old. It is unknown whether we should reopen it again, but there is no message coming out so far.

AGM, Gone. KKPM, Gone. School, Gone. Everything Stressful, Gone.
Thank God summer is finally here. The stress of waking up early, and even in the weekends, is practically over. I might need to finish a couple of quizzes, tests, and we have one more thing to practice in the KKPM before the summer break, but that is pretty much it. I get to sleep late, wake up late, and relax and sit on the computer as long as I want to. Kinda.

The ultimately next trip is at Florida. Mom announced that the trip will begin during Winter Break at December maybe around Christmas. I don't know what will really happen. So far what we are hearing is that we will stay at Disneyworld, and that's it. The end.
