What in the hell is Hibbleland?

Well, as you can see, when I came back to the site to see it once again, I found out it wasn't Aceofshadows.
Instead, it was another friend, Phillip.
It could be because, first of all, Aceofshadows, in my opinion, doesn't do Webs activities anymore. I have never seen a guy like Phillip that was all of the sudden interested into site building.
